Alternate
Universe
Will
my world ever be completely real
What is really real?
Reality is
never real
I don't care a flying flip
About existential matters,
Trying to understand
any thing
I just want to
feel.
I want
to feel our relationship
Not
caring what any of it means.
Eliminate
barriers between me and my feelings. Trying to understand is an alternate universe
Of
mind games and circular questions
With
no answers.
There she sits on
the roof
Gracing
a floral and gifts store
along route 66 in Arizona.
She
never moves
I don't care it's a still picture anyway.
You, however,
are real
In motion
In more than one way
I don't care, even a
little,
To understand questions about you
Only to talk and feel my
mind pick up pace
Never wondering
why
Or what
Or how
Only feel your
reality touching mine
Embracing that moment,
For just that moment,
Letting go of everything
Letting it fly
Into the face of doubt.
